I am Dr Mosa Masakala, a general practitioner with a dedicated focus on aesthetic medicine. My journey began with a foundation in comprehensive medical care: I earned my MBChB from the University of the Free State in 2021, then trained across multiple disciplines during my internship at Pelonomi Hospital in Bloemfontein and my community service year at Empilisweni Hospital in Sterkspruit.
That clinical background shapes the way I approach every face in front of me. I combine medical knowledge, safety-focused training, and an eye for natural-looking results to offer non-surgical and minimally invasive aesthetic treatments that are considered, personalised, and evidence-based. I hold Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification, have completed the Advanced Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine, and am a member of the Aesthetics and Anti-Aging Medicine Society of South Africa (AAMSSA).
I chose aesthetic medicine because I believe it should be honest, inclusive, and empowering. Too few aesthetic practitioners are specifically trained to understand Black skin, and too many people are quietly discouraged from asking for the results they want. I built my practice for the person who wants to look like themselves on a good day — refreshed, confident, and still unmistakably themselves. My role is to listen carefully, explain clearly, and create a treatment plan you understand, so you leave feeling informed and cared for, not sold to.
